It is awesome! I have almost 1800 books logged in the year since I started. I used to carry around index cards by author! This allows me to put in comments and back up in Dropbox. Dont tell but Id pay for this app!!!

I have downloaded nearly every book catalog app out there. This one is my favorite. It is clean and runs well with few bugs. It doesnt include so much info that what you want to know is lost. I like the customizing options. A few things would make it 5-stars: 1. The ability to set a book goal and keep track of how many books read. 2. Different views so we could just see covers or just text w/out covers. 3. More ability to customize and add our own tracking info in custom fields. I recommend the app for anyone who wants to keep track of their finished books and their TBR pile.

Book Buddy is an incredibly helpful app for anyone who (like me) is a bibliophile, but is not very tech savvy. The app is extremely easy to use and simple to navigate. This has made it so easy to determine whether or not I already have a book while I am out shopping for more, therefore eliminating duplicates in my library. Highly recommend for anyone who loves to own books and keep wish lists of those not already in ones collection!

I use this app to track my 1,100+ books. This makes tracking my books easy to do. You can add books by scanning UPC codes, searching online and manual entry. The user defined tags allow you to categorize your books any way you want. I like this app so much it is one of the handful that I paid for-but you can try the free version.

Do not purchase this program to catalogue your comic books. Every comic book I have scanned has not been found.

Love it! Love the multi-scanner, makes scanning go quickly. It gets kind of addicting! I knew l had a lot of books...

Be sure and backup! Spent time loading 200+ books. Program crashed and not only did I lose all my data but I had to pay again to download the app.

This is a great app that works well and syncs seamlessly between all your devices using Dropbox. The tagging feature and the ability to track loaned books make it invaluable to me.

I love this app. Its fun and simple to use but its a little harder to upload books then it seems. The process is easy but I have found that few if any of my books scan in using the isbn scanner, even with books that have come out in the last few years. Id guess less then 1 in 30. So instead of a few hours to scan in my ~800 book collection Ill be at least a month manually looking up each book. 1/3 of it isnt the apps fault, some stores like to put their price tags over the isbn and its quicker to enter the books using the online look up feature (which is nice and kind of interesting) then peeling off the tag especially with the low probability of the scan working. I am greatly enjoying this app and would recommend it but would definitely let them know to expect it to take QUITE awhile to get their collection in. It takes me between one and two minutes to get each book in, but I do nit pick at them a bit. I enter series information and check the picture to match it to my book cover and confirm that I have the same publisher. It be quicker if I just did the basics.

Keeps track of my 1000+ library of books.

My wife has been using this app for a couple of years and it really helps her keep track of the many books in her collection. When her iPhone was stolen, we had an issue getting her book database back onto her new phone. The customer support that I got from the developer was beyond excellent with email responses the fastest Ive ever seen from anyone. Thanks to their rapid response, my wife has her data back and couldnt be happier. Thanks for an amazing customer experience.

How can you catalogue your books without an option for ISBN numbers? Seriously! One of the craziest things I have seen, or havent seen.

I do love having all of my books documented so I dont accidentally buy one I already have, but getting them into the system has been way more time consuming than it seems. About half of my books dont register anything from the barcode scanner, so I end up manually putting it in. Since I have a kindergarten classroom of hundreds of books, its taking forever. I do like that you have the option to do an online search for a book instead of typing all the info in.

My books (400+) are finally organized. Simple app to use, simple to search. It does take a little while to input them all at first, but now adding another dozen only takes a few minutes. Love having my entire searchable database in my phone.

Out of the first dozen books I tried to scan, only ONE was recognized by the system. With 1000s of titles this isnt going to save me any time at all. My first q: How do you get a refund? Also, does anyone know of another app whose developers included all ISBN-linked titles? Thanks. Douglas in Atlanta

Great way to keep track of not only my books, but other loaned stuff as well. Love it!

I have paid for this app 2 times now on my iPhone. I wanted to put it on my iPad and discovered its not compatible w the iPad 2. Yet in the store & on the details section it clearly states that it is?!?!?! Im so sick of having to purchase the same app for each of my devices.

Its easy enough to use but I wish it was easier to separate books, tag, and do a general search for them. Its not bad but it could be better.

Im migrating my home library from Booxter to BookBuddy Pro and I am so impressed with the ease of entry and the attention to user options and user convenience. The scanner works great most of the time and when it doesnt, searching online using the title is so much easier than manually keying in the ISBN # like Booxter required. Im loving the ability to automatically enter Categories and Formats. Great to have when entering a whole slew of books at one time. There are a couple of additions I would like to see…a multi-value field for Characters and also for Format. In addition, the customer support is great! Quick and responsive and helpful! And if after buying BookBuddy, you decide to add the bundle, you are credited for the purchase youve already made.

If you have a book collection and love books this app is for you. Lets you catalog your entire book collection and keep track of what books youve read and when. Amazing app with a great look. Enjoy!
