Out of the first dozen books I tried to scan, only ONE was recognized by the system. With 1000s of titles this isnt going to save me any time at all. My first q: How do you get a refund? Also, does anyone know of another app whose developers included all ISBN-linked titles? Thanks. Douglas in Atlanta
