I want my money back!!!!

I have paid for this app 2 times now on my iPhone. I wanted to put it on my iPad and discovered its not compatible w the iPad 2. Yet in the store & on the details section it clearly states that it is?!?!?! Im so sick of having to purchase the same app for each of my devices.
